List of schools appeared in Puella Magi ☆ Kakera Magica. Magical Girls are mostly students, and aside from fighting Witches and enjoy their everyday life with friends and family, they also have to study as well.

The main and most well-known elementary school of the city, with over three thousand students attend each year. As it is an elementary school, students have yet needed to wear a uniform.

Utopia Academy (ユートピア学園 Yūtopia gakuen?)[]
- Location: Hannya Ward
A prestigious girls' school, consisted of grades from middle to high school. It has numerous courses of various fields for students to attend based on their scores from the entrance exam along with their talents and preferences. There is also a bus system and a dorm for students whose homes are farther from the institute, making it easier for commuting.

- Location: Kazusada Ward
With a strict dress-code, a long set of rules and cultured educators, this school is described as a place of “peace and perfection”. To students though, this place is a “Hell on Earth”, with students mostly those who failed the High school entrance exam, or being filthy rich. Here, everything can be a competition, bullying is commonplace, and accidents along with attempted suicides by both students and the faculties have been reported. However most of them are covered up in order to protect the school’s reputation.

Fuyugaki International Academy (富有柿 国際学園 Fuyugaki Kokusai-gakuen?)[]
- Location: Fuyugaki Ward
The largest school of the ward, of grades from elementary to university. Here, transferred students and exchange programs are common, thus there is also a bus system and a dorm for students whose homes are farther from the institute, making it easier for commuting. Students can choose their own curriculum based on their talents and preference after taking a series of entrance exams as well as interviews. As this is an international school, there is no need to wear a uniform.

Kaibuchi Town[]

Kaibuchi Municipal School (町立海淵 学校 Chōritsu Kaibuchi gakkō?)[]

The only school in the town, consists of grades from elementary to high school. Commuting to school is available with both land and sea routes, and as the school is located near a forest and close to the sea, students have more chances to have assignments focusing on practicality.

Kamimura Branch School (神 村 分校 Kamimura bunkō?)[]

The only school of the village. Students with various ages and grades of the village all attend here, gathered in a classroom or two. The dress-code is not strict, students can wear any kind of uniform they want, as long as they are appropriate.
